Biographical Sketch/ Administrative History
Milburn Jones (1920- ) was raised on a farm in Cavan Township. He was a primary school teacher for several years, and then as an Ontario civil servant until 1956 when he became a cost accountant with IBM in Toronto. In 1965 he married Ella, nee Schell, (1933- ) who worked as a librarian at Ottawa, Fort William (Thunder Bay) and from 1965 to 1969 at the Emmanuel College Library, University of Toronto. They had two daughters.
